RiskScore · ₱4,990
You would change something. RiskScore tells you what. Five risk scores from Apollo Hospitals' clinical AI, a full blood panel, and a doctor who explains what it means and names what to change first. One hour, at home.
₱3,990 each for two or more at the same address. Results in five working days.
None of these start on the day you feel them. They start years earlier, in numbers you can measure today.
Each one is a clinical AI model built by Apollo Hospitals and run on Apollo's own patients. We collect what it needs at your home; it returns a risk category, the top factors driving it, and what to change first.
Heart
10-year cardiovascular risk
Blood sugar
Risk of developing diabetes
Liver
Liver fibrosis risk, without a scan
Kidneys
Kidney disease progression
Lungs
Flare-up risk for smoker's lung
The kidney and lung models are built for people who already have a diagnosis. For everyone else they act as an early flag on top of the blood panel, and the report says so plainly. Nothing here is a diagnosis; a physician signs every report and refers anyone who needs a closer look.
About an hour. Everything the five models need, and the blood panel most annual physicals skip.
What the report looks like
What to change first: your HbA1c and your weight are driving the blood sugar result. Dr. Reyes will call this week to walk you through it and help you book a consult nearby.
Keep your APE. This is what it does not do.
| Standard annual physical | RiskScore | |
|---|---|---|
| Where | Clinic or hospital, a half day off | At home, one hour |
| Blood sugar | Fasting glucose only | Fasting glucose and HbA1c, the three-month average |
| Liver | Often not included | Full liver panel plus a fibrosis risk model |
| Kidneys | Sometimes creatinine | Creatinine, eGFR and a progression model |
| What you get | A sheet of numbers with reference ranges | Five risk scores in plain language, the factors behind them, and what to change first |
| Who reads it | Usually nobody, unless something is flagged | A physician reads every report, signs it, and calls if it matters |
| Afterwards | Filed | A nurse check-in at 90 days on the number that mattered most |
The visit
Fasting blood draw, blood pressure, height and weight, and the guided interview. You fast overnight and open the door. That is the whole list.
The scores
The same models Apollo Hospitals runs on its own patients, built on your full blood panel and interview.
The plan
Every report names at least three specific actions for your results, in order of what would move the most. Even if the news is all good.
The doctor
If anything needs attention, a Philippine-licensed physician calls you within five working days of your report and refers you.
The follow-up
A nurse calls you three months later about the one number that mattered most. This is a program, not a one-time test.
The household
Book for yourself and a parent in one order, or the whole house. The nurse is already there, so the second person costs less.
You blocked the morning. We keep it.
A number without a next step is not worth paying for.
Built in a hospital, not a lab
The models behind RiskScore are in daily use across Apollo Hospitals' preventive health programs in India, on real patients, with outcomes followed. They were not built to sell; they were built to be used.
Regulated
Developed under ISO 13485 and MDSAP, the quality systems regulators require for medical software, and cleared by India's CDSCO. In the Philippines they are handled through our FDA-licensed subsidiary, LabX Corp.
Published
The risk models have been validated in published studies on large patient cohorts, and Apollo is open that a model proving accurate is only the first step; what matters is whether acting on it changes outcomes. We agree, which is why every report comes with a plan and a doctor.
Traceable
Each score is tied to the exact inputs it was given, so your physician can see why the model said what it said, and challenge it.
No. It is a risk screen reviewed by a physician. A high score means see a doctor; it does not mean you have the disease.
The heart model reports a 10-year risk, which is the clinical standard. We say five years on this page because that is the window in which the changes the report recommends make the most difference.
Most of the people these diseases reach felt healthy the year before. If your scores are all low, you get a clean baseline and three things to keep doing. That is worth knowing too.
Our physician calls you within five working days of the report, explains it, and refers you to the right specialist or clinic. You are never left alone with a red result.
Yes, 8 to 10 hours. Water is fine. Morning slots only.
Metro Manila and Laguna today. Tell us where they are; we are adding areas as nurses join.
One hour at home. Five scores. A doctor who explains them. ₱4,990, or ₱3,990 each for two or more.
